About that old … About that old comment of yours i also have a Lunati cam kit 290/300 duration as advertised coming in the mail im changing the springs,rods,timing chain,intake,carb and stock rockers but other than that it will be completely stock. Oldsmobile 350′s have a higher nickle content and from what ive learned it’s the biggest cam i can put in my car without hurting it. Your truck sounds amazing i cant wait!!!!!!!

Yeah stock heads. I … Yeah stock heads. I had to replace my intake though because I cracked it somehow when I was taking it out. I ended up putting a performer intake on it. I have heard people say this cam won’t work in a stock engine but mine is stock crate engine and its in there working fine. I asked a few of my friends that have drag cars and couple that build engines and they all said this is the biggest cam I could get in my engine without hurting it. So yeah…
