not any more. they stopped making them a few years back.
they used to put metal in the bed.

Just the floor – the rest of the bed is steel. I think that is what you are asking?

they had both steel and wood but the most common I've seen is wood

'69s had this "option". Sad to say it was gone in '70. Chevy and GMC enthusiest strived to keep this option alive from '67 forward. This was a great run and all who kept this option a reality should be thanked for thier contribution to the masses.There will never be another truck made after'70 that can compare to the gloryious pinnacle of efficient transport that chevy unleashed.

Yes, most Chevy trucks could be had with a wooden bed floor, well into the 1970s. They are very pretty when restored.

Yes, mine is an all steel bed, but the wood strap was an option.
