i have a 1979 chevy truck that needs help and i have no money to fix it it needs body work and needs automatic transmission and moter it runs know but it needs work i have 2 kids at home and one on the way and i cant afford to do what I want to do and I watch your show all the time when I am at home please help me if you can you dont know how much it wood mean to me or my son he told me he wanted to drive my truck when he got old enouf to get his license and drive to school because he knows that I cant buy A car or truck for him so please if you can help it would be the best thing ever happend in my life besides my kids and my wife thank you for your time.

try to get your car on pimp my ride. chances are slim though. your best bet is to sell your truck as is or part it out and buy a used car.

is a small block chevy 400 strong enough for forced induction?

i have a 1979 chevy small block 400 cid motor and am going to twin turbo charge the truck. somebody mentioned to me that because of the displacement that the cylinder walls were to thin for high boost or high nitrous applications. the engine is standard bore. thanks for all answers and help.

yes……it,s strong enough……I have seen then with supercharger,s…….the only problem you might encounter would be overheating from the punishment.
