How much money are my tonkas worth?

2 comments Posted by admin

I have 5 different tonka toys. There are dump trucks, mixer trucks, bulldozers, etc. They are all of the old vintage metal ones. They are all in good condition, just need to be cleaned. Does anyone know where I can find out how much they are worth and also a website where I can find out exactly what kind each of them are and possibly close to the year they were made. Thanks for any help!

vintage dj promo

Through the rich, warm splendor of vacuum tubes and vinyl, immerse your party or event in an audio time warp. I spin original 78's, 45's and 33's on vintage turntables, and can tailor my sounds to any occasion. With an eclectic mix of records from the 30's, 40's, 50's, 60's and early 70's, I can take your party to a prohibition era speakeasy, a roadside juke-joint, a mod London hotspot, or an explosive Afro-Cuban nightclub just to name a few.

Duration : 3 min

How do I get a Sheriff help me collect a judgement?

3 comments Posted by admin

How do I go about getting a sheriff to help me collect a judgement? The guy I got judgement against has past of not paying bills and has no bank account. So the only way to collect I see is seizing property of his like his vintage mustang and a truck. What forms should I fill out?

You first have to get an "Execution" (property or wage) from the court where you got the judgment, then give it to a (deputy) sheriff to serve. The court clerk will give you an "Execution Application" to fill out, and then will issue you the Execution. The clerk can also tell you how to reach a deputy sheriff. Final point: executing on personal property can be a bit of a hassle because you have to pay storage charges, sell it at auction, etc. Better if you could find where this dead beat is working and then get a wage execution to serve on his employer. The employer will deduct an amount each week from his paycheck and send it to the sheriff (including his fee) – much simpler and cleaner – IF the s.o.b. is working and not on welfare, and IF he doesn't have a slew of executions ahead of yours. Hope this helps. Good luck.
