It has a 350V8. 33inch tires, 4inch lift. true dual exhaust, headers, new carb, new intake. all seals and belts, plugs, wires, distrib. has been replaced. In great shape, perfect for restoration to show quality, into a great off road rig or just as a nice daily driver.

NASCAR Icon Rick Hendrick Issues Call to Action Urging Congress to Support Domestic Auto Industry As Congress nears a final decision on whether or not to approve a federal bridge loan to domestic car manufacturers, NASCAR icon Rick Hendrick is issuing a call to action to all Americans to contact their members of Congress immediately to request swift approval of this critical loan. With news of U.S. employers eliminating 533,000 jobs in November, the biggest loss in 34 years, he is urging Americans to consider the devastating ramifications of the collapse of the U.S. automobile manufacturing industry on the economy and American families. The Center for Automotive Research predicts that a collapse within the industry would result in widespread failures of supplier companies and put nearly 3 million people out of work. Additionally, personal income would drop an anticipated $150 billion and tax and social security receipts would fall by more than $45 billion. And a recent national poll by renowned pollster Peter Hart further warns that letting the U.S. automakers go bankrupt would be tantamount to “multiple Katrina’s hitting the U.S. economy.” According to Hendrick, a collapse could also have ramifications on NASCAR itself. Chevrolet participates in all three levels of NASCAR competition — the Sprint Cup Series, Nationwide Series and the Craftsman Truck Series. Since 1949, General Motors (Chevrolet, Pontiac, Oldsmobile and Buick) have accounted for 32 manufacturers’ championships and 967 Cup race wins — the most among any corporation. Ford owns 692, while Chrysler tallies 449. Lot S95 1954 Chevrolet 3100 Series Pickup

The Chevrolet Series 3100 pickup was redesigned in 1954, incorporating a new horizontal-bar grille with integrated parking lights, a deeper cargo box and a curved, one-piece windshield. The rear bumper was exclusive to the 1954 model, with a center cut-out for the license plate- a hard-to-find part today.

The new 235.5ci straight-six engine was adapted from the previous year’s passenger car line, given higher compression and pressurized oiling, and offered with an optional Hydramatic transmission. The 3100 Series was an all-around better truck, larger and more powerful than its predecessors. With major changes coming throughout the Chevrolet product line in 1955, it was a unique vintage.

This outstanding 3100 Series has been restored from a solid original truck owned by the same gentleman for 40 years. The pastel Mint Green finish is complemented with new chrome, glass, bumpers and hubcaps, and faithfully replicated wood bed and sideboards. Black running boards and blackwall tires combine to sharpen the look. The new tan interior is typically simple, with fabric seats, a column-mounted shifter and firewall-mounted heater.

This exceptional Chevy pickup is an authentically restored classic mid-century workhorse.

1984 Chevy El Camino Truck/modified

This beautiful El Camino had an engine/transmission transplant, and the owner evidently liked big block Buick engines…this one is the 455 c.i. example, with a Tremec tranny.
I should think this truck would be pretty dog gone fast! Jack
